Add a splash of Summer with this bright cotton headband accessory for kids!
Materials:
1 ball Heirloom 8ply Cotton Main Colour (green)
1 ball Heirloom 8ply Cotton Contrast 1 (orange)
1 ball Heirloom 8ply Cotton Contrast 2 (Yellow)
1 ball Heirloom 8ply Cotton Contrast 3 (Watermelon)
1 pair 3.25mm needles
Wool needle
Size: adjustable, to fit toddler or child
Instructions:
Using 3.25mm needles and main colour cast on 84 (96) stitches LOOSELY.
Working in rib pattern throughout begin stripe pattern.
Work stripe pattern twice.
Cast off loosely in rib.
Rib pattern:
1st row K2 *P2. K2 repeat from * to end of row
2nd row P2 *K2, P2 repeat from * to end of row

Stripe pattern:
2 rows MC
2 rows C1
2 rows C2
2 rows C3
2 rows MC
Makeup:
Measure the childs’ head and overlap the ends to this measurement.
Slip stitch in place. This makes it easy to adjust the headband to fit as they grow.
